If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will process a full refund. Product must be unused, in the original condition and must be returned with inserts, dust bag and storage box. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and tare.
Sale Items: If an item is bought on sale or on discount, it is considered a final sale and non-refundable.
Please note that at this time, the customer is responsible for duties involved with this shipment. Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final refund.

Our bags are all covered by a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of receipt. Damage caused by freight and courier mishandling, lost packages during transit, and stolen packages are covered by Satu Hati’s warranty policy. Damage caused by fire, sanitizer, neglect, and/or abuse of usage are not covered by our warranty. Misdelivered (delivered to the wrong address due to customer error), is not covered by Satu Hati.Â
To file for a warranty claim, kindly email support@satuhati.ca with the following information:
Order number, Name, Full photo or video of the bag showing the damages or video with details, Alternative email address, Any additional details you think are necessary for us to know to resolve this matter.
If your purchase was made through a retailer or 3rd party website other than Satu Hati, please contact the retailer directly about their warranty policy.
