Shipping Policy

Canada and United States of America
We currently ship our products across Canada and the United States of America only. Our products are shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

Damage caused by freight and courier mishandling, lost packages during transit, and stolen packages are covered by our insurance policy.

Misdelivered (delivered to the wrong address due to customer error), is not covered by Satu Hati. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned due to inaccurate / incomplete shipping information, the shipping is non refundable.

Customers will be responsible for all duties on shipments above USD 800 into USA

Worldwide Shipping
Please note that although we do not offer worldwide shipping at this moment in time, we will be introducing this feature in the near future. Please stay tuned and follow us on Facebook or Instagram @satuhatihandbags to be the first to know when we launch!

How long does it take to process my order?
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed by our fulfillment team. If your order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available to ship.
How long does shipping take?

USA Shipping & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Canada Shipping & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days 

Please allow for 2-7 business days for processing during the holiday season. All tracking will be emailed to the email address on the order as soon as it ships.

Can I expedite my order?

Currently, we only offer standard shipping. For expedited shipping requests, please send us an email at support@satuhati.ca and we will do our best to help.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
For Canadian customers, all duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost. For all other customers outside of Canada, there may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. If you require more information on what duties and taxes may be due upon delivery, please contact your local customs office. If a customer refuses to pay for the legal duties and taxes due on a Satu Hati shipment, Satu Hati is not responsible for the potential repercussions with the postal service.
Can I update/change the shipping address?
If you’ve placed an incorrect or incomplete address, please email us at support@satuhati.ca within 10 minutes of your order being placed and mark the subject as URGENT - ADDRESS CHANGE and our team will assist you.
